The CQ Shop Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in new condition, with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided we still carry the item in stock. If the item you want is out of stock, you can return your item for store credit (minus the original shipping cost).
To process an exchange, please email support@thecq.shop with your order details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@thecq.shop with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
🚫 The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased in person at a festival, event, or show

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).
- If more than 5 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank first before reaching out to us.
💳 Prefer a faster option? Get a store credit instead—issued as soon as your return is approved.
International Returns
🌍 International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
If returning an item from outside the U.S., please provide tracking information once the return is shipped. Refunds/store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
Event & Pop-Up Purchases
🎟 All sales at festivals, events, or pop-ups are final sale—no returns or exchanges. Please review your receipt before completing your purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase for a return.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
